The Job

• plan the upcoming features that will be released on Nova
• analyse the "current" and feedback of Aim users to determine the near and long-term feature of Nova's platform (how it should grow, etc)

• implement a digital growth plan to ensure that Nova will never be stagnant, feature-wise, functional-wise and also currency-wise (more people, more usage, etc)

The person

• 4+ years of experience in the interactive industry with very significant User Experience design component/2-3 years prior experience in and exposure to a technology environment.
• Experience in an internet business is ideal.
• Must be very familiar with trends in web UX
• Must have prior experience working with digital partners, end users, potential clients and clients, and be able to lead discussions on best UX for the chosen target audience
• Must have competent visual design skills and be able to create optimal visual assets
• Good understanding of how to build intelligence into UIs
• Must be conversant with social media and other emerging forms of communication
• Must possess outstanding communication skills and be able to communicate within and outside the organization at multiple levels.

• analyse the long term plan as given by the leaders of the Nova and Aim initiative, and translate it into the breakdown tasks that are implemented at the given timeline

The person
